The past few days have been horrendous. I tried to quit smoking. I became agitated and threw accusations at people and just all kinds of negativity came out. Needless to say I am smoking again and I have one hell of a mess to clean up with those I care about. I hate this stuff. I feel like such a horrible person for my actions. Stuff happens I guess. Just needed to air it out a bit...

smoking is one of the hardest things to quit...so I am sure your friends will understand you not being in a great mood...sorry to hear you had to go back to it...It is hard...good luck the next time you try...

Ok... you said it... now quit! hehehe I hope you are able to realize that it isn't the smokes you want. We all make mistakes (some of us more than others :O) admit it to them, and move on. (Some of us move on to the next mistake

I'm a smoker too and dread the day I would have to give it up... Why not try some medicine that will help? My mom used zyban, and that helped her a lot, also wellbutrin can help...
