Not sure where to look for help with this... lately I've been having episodes where my vision narrows and my mind starts drifting to nowhere... I'm not daydreaming. Almost feels like I'm fainting, but that's not it. When it happens, I'm not doing anything; watching tv, reading... I don't know where to even start to find out what's causing this. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It could be blood pressure related. That would be caused by any number of physical problems. I think a general dr or clinic is the best place to start.
