I haven't been here much recently, partly because of my hypomania, and partly because of my new kitten! (OK- they may be linked.)
 She is so sweet and I think taking care of a "baby" may be therapeutic for me. She is an orange tabby, 9 weeks old, we named her Chloe. She purrs all the time, unless in deep sleep. She gets so playful and then falls asleep in my arms.  I'll get a pic on here if I can figure it out.HUGS to everyone!

I loooooooooooooooooooove cats......... I'm so happy for you!!! I got a kitten that was two days old... eyes still closed and he still had to be "licked" under his tail to do his "thing"!!! He has grown up to be a monster of a cat!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations! I have a yellow striped and spotted one that my youngest baby, and a huge gray one. My pets are so good for my moods. They give unjudgemental love. Can't wait to see a picture of Chloe!

Thanks everyone!
I just wanted everyone to know that I may have picked up the kitten on impulse, but I am taking great care of her. I have books on raising cats, and already have an 8 yr old male. And, 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. I think it's an official zoo!

omg complic8d!! i just saw this pic of your gorgeously sweet wee baby! look at her sweet little nose and her curious little eyes!! im in love! shes also just like one i used to have when i was young too which we originally enough called tabitha twitchit or tabby. original not! lol. congratulations on getting her. can you give her a wee ear rub for me??
 i get a little bit nuts over cutsey wee things like that. lol.
