Friday is my 6month check up at the mental zoo . I have to go because if I don't they will cross me of the list, and I will get no access to the hospital if needed only through my GP LLLLLLLLLLONG waiting list. its not something I like has I will have never met the shrink before always new ones every time. All they no about me is in the file they just opened 10 seconds after I walk in. This is the NHS in England and mental health is way down the list of things for the government to do .Generic drugs, UNTRAINED SHRINKS, bad mistakes, crap back up . Believe me your on your own in England but all be it strange that makes you better off. The shrinks get one wage so they don't make up illness to get more money from insurance , we get under diagnosed not over diagnosed for profit

Went to the mental hospital today appointment on time saw my real shrink for a change instead of some nobody. He said not much ,the wife told him she is happy with my mental health and she is the 1 i am bothered about , I wouldn't like to put up with me, but she has had to put with a lot I would have been lost without her. Anyway I don't go back for a year unless I need to, and I need that like a hole in the head.
