yeah, no reason. I got out of bed today at midday and I am bored. I have therapy next week but nothing to say at this point, just more nonsense about how I don't want to exist.

if I don't want to exist though then why am I in therapy

Know matter what we think there is something in us that keeps us trying. Our bodies don't want to give up as easily as our minds.

I don't want to not exist, I want the misery to not exist...

Happiness is overrated. They say it's quite common to feel as you do right now. Hang in there (says the curtain to the drapes, lol).

I.T. I hope you will feel better soon.

I wish I had something better and more inspired to say but I wanted you to know that you are being heard and understood.

I think it would be wonderful if I never was born so that there is a 0% chance of having to deal with bad and boring things. I think that bringing some spice to your life might change that. When I have a good day, and play soccer or hang out with people, my desire to live increases.
