Ok... So, I can't tell my dreams from reality. But I am not daydreaming, it happens when I go to sleep at night.

This has been happening more lately. I debate if it was actually a dream, or if it was in Real Life. It can be really hard for me to figure out, & sometimes, I can't even figure it out. Just yesterday, it happened, & it happens at least once a week.

Before I was hallucinating, but that has stopped.

Ok, thanks.

Could it be something else? Should I be worried?
