Good Luck Milly - I know you can do it.

Evaluation time coming up soon? Teachers give out more work so they can get more marks.

Good luck SCHOOL!!!!!!!!

What grade are you in? I remember when I was younger we had Homework notices and 3 of them you would get a Lunch MRC! Well I got three and a Lunch MRC! I flipped out, it was not that bad though.

Hi Milly -- I'm sorry that you're having a hard time of it.

As a teacher, I can say, it's hard on me, too. I have quite a backlog of grading. Unfortunately, the only way to review progress over the semester is to use some sort of graded assignment to figure it out.

Do you have good relations with any of these teachers? Try to find a private time to speak with him or her. Sometimes a teacher will cut you some slack, so long as you don't ask in front of the whole class, have been a reliable student, and don't put the teacher on the spot by asking in front of everyone.

Also, don't use the statement, "And all the other students feel this way, too." Just tell the teacher how you feel, how overwhelmed you are, and give a deadline (but I can have the work for you on xxxx day), so that the teacher knows you are serious about completing the work, but just need to work it into your schedule.

I hope this helps.
