Hello,

I live in Quebec City, but there are not a lot of resources in mental health and I want to change city.

Do you know of resources in English Canada (Ontario or other) or the United States that could help me, such as shelters or others?

I am no longer able to live alone in a room and I need to be taken care of because I'm not going very well and I live lots of stress and I'm depressed. I have no address and I need help immediately.

Thanks and have a nice day.

You might go to a hospital emergency room. Emphasize that you are very depressed. They might admit you for evaluation and some help toward stabilization. It sounds like you do need to get some professional help soon.

A friend of mine used to live in the area and she recommended Montreal or Toronto area but Salvation Army as a resource specifically.

Google Links:
Salvation Army, Montreal MH Resources

Salvation Army, Toronto MH Resources

Sorry I can't be more specific, I don't know the area personally. My friend has been involved with mental health care, etc in that area [used to live in Quebec] so her thought was a Salvation Army. I hope one of those link lists is helpful.
Thanks for this!
