Hi all,

When I was visiting my psychologist last year, the diagnosis was that I have a mood disorder in that when I reach a low point I tend to stick in that low point far too long which then leads to my depression showing itself again. Does anyone else suffer from this sort of thing?

I am going through another low point in my life and could just use some tips/books that you may have used to get through this.

Thanks,
Adam

I just try to get through one day at a time. Thinking of the future depresses me so I have to try and stay in the moment.
