Dealing with the loss of my boyfriend, loss of my best friend, and the loss of my job. Time seems to beat down, unsure of how to fill it, unsure of what to feel, unsure of who I am....

I have always gotten so much out of partial hospitalization! My intake appointment is in one hour!!

Hope

Thanks for listening

Hope that partial & your T can help you learn how to fill your life & define who you are by who you are, not only your relationship with others......would be a good goal to have.....as it can help you get through these difficult times.......Know your relationship with God is strong.....but I know for myself....there are times when my faith is put to the challenge.....but more I see God providing in my life, & the lives of others....the more I realize that I am valuable to God & he cares......but it's a struggle at best sometimes. I understand your struggle.....understand what we need to strive for to get through these difficult times.....& let God's hand guide you also....therapy & partial are good....but remember the 3rd part of the picture ....& prayer (which I'm praying for you)

I just saw this post, but I just wanted to let you know that I think you are very brave for being able to recognize that you need help, and doing everything you can to get better. My therapist thought that I needed partial hospitalization last year and I was too scared to do it - mostly due to financial reasons and thinking about what people would say if they knew.

((Hugs)) I hope it is going well.

I hope it all went well! Partial hospitalization has helped me so much in my life. I hope they can give you the tools to aid yourself in recovery and that you'll also take this time for some self care <3

I hope your experience at Partial is positive and helpful! I learned so much at my Partial program, and what I learned helped me to be able to work to become a much more self-confident and healthier person. I am now working as a Certified Peer Specialist, helping others who are in the beginnings of their recovery journey. I love that I am successfully managing my illness and able to give back in this way. I recommend Partial to anyone who needs a little more support than Outpatient Therapy. It's not forever, just while you need it. May you find your own healthy path of recovery!!
