Would like to chat

Hi, I am awaiting permission to join chat rooms. I am in need of support. I have bi polar, a daily struggle and liver disease, cirrhosis-non-alcoholic. Mentally and physically some days I feel just feel lost! I am sick and tired of being sick and tired! LOL

I also have Bipolar disorder and Im ADHD, and i suffer from mild depression, so i understand how you feel when you say somedays you just feel lost.. Its really does feel terrible not knowing how your day is going to go, i get anxiety from the littlest things, like, how or when im going to brush my hair. I've gotten better about it with time, you just need to be positive, see a psychiatrist get prescribed to medications and find one that works well for you, and see a counselor weekly. Its so helpful. But i hope everything goes well!
