I saw this on the NEWS this morning and thought I would share the INFO.

Tired of always being on hold, or having a computer talk to YOU instead of a Human? - If YES, then use these prompts to get a HUMAN online faster than ever.......

TIPS: http://www.gethuman.com/tips.html

Tip: did you know that your phone company charges $1.49 or more each time you call 411? Instead, try using 1-800-FREE-411.

one other way of getting a human to answer the phone rather than a automated responce is not to press any buttons at all at the prompt, this makes the automated computer think you have not got a push button phone putting you threw to a operater who will direct you to the service you require. i do it all the time when i have to speak to my service provider, if i press any buttons at the prompt i can be in line for up to 30 mins.

oh i just thought of another trick i use, do not call the customer service number, call new customer accounts instead you always get a quicker responce of them, and it is normally a free call, then ask them to transfer you

This is a great post!!
I just put this in my favorites as I have a problem with memory. So, when I need it, I can look it up in my favorites. If I can remember that's where I put it. Human Voice vs. Computer (tips)
