Wellllllllll me and my roomates (to be) have been looking all week with NO luck at all to find a house for the next three years (at university) and we finally found one today that we really like, AND the landlord likes us! -We had problems before because it was two girls and two guys living together and apparently there is a sexist issue when leasing to guys! But, nonetheless we have one and i'm really excited!!!
 Just thought i'd share!

That's great, jacq! I've heard about the boy thing with landlords before. Apparently the guys can be kind of destructive on rental properties, or so the stereotype goes. Good thing you had a couple of females in your tenant package. Keep those guys in line--no punching holes in the wall, tearing up the carpet, etc.
