I wash mine before and after I eat, when I use the washroom etc. How many times a day do you think you wash you're hands? And in what situation?

I have never counted how many times I wash my hands because I am always doing something like gardening to get them dirty. It varies from day to day.

Not really that much to be honest...if I feel they have gotten dirty I do, but otherwise no. I guess I have kinda came from the mindset that being too sanitary can make ones immune system weaker...its also how a lot on my dads side of the family feel. Never really got why it would be necessary to wash hands before a meal if they aren't actually dirty. Though I also don't get proper use of silver-wear, I end up using my hands for things people use a fork for....And I don't know I rarely get sick.

I also remember one time I tried using that hand sanitizer that you just rub into your hands...and it caused dry cracking skin, it was pretty awful.

So yeah hard to say sort of depends on the situation and if I have gotten my hands dirty.

Usually when coming back from going out where other people are. Otherwise I usually don't bother.

before I eat, after I eat(only if my hands touch food).
If I touch something I consider dirty.
If I do number 2 in the bathroom.
If I get piss on my fingers in the bathroom.
If I shake hands or touch any doors handles.

I wash my hands so much I've developed housewife dermatitus. That's what my doctor says it is. When I cook I wash every time I touch raw meat. I Always wash before I break ice in ice trays. Overall I get my hands wet so much from excessive washing that it causes a real irritable rash. I know I wash my hands more than the average person.

Hey I've never counted but if I had to guess probably 10 times a day.

After I go to bathroom
Before I eat
After I play with cat
sometimes after I shake hands with people
