I do not feel like eating but I eat anyways. I feel tired and wake up sometimes durning the night. Sometimes I just want to snap because some people just gets on my nerves. today I felt okay and I seem I talked a lot

This test might give you some insight

The Sanity Score - Test Your Mental Wellness

I wouldn't take it as gospel but might help you figure things out a bit, you might want to get a professional opinion.

Hi detour 1 - welcome to PC...no one here can give you a diagnosis....we are here to offer and receive support...have you talked to your doctor? your doctor may be able to recommend the best steps to take to get answers to your questions...hang in there!

i think everyone has some level of regret in their lives...i try to remind myself that i can't change the past, but i can make different choices in the future...you are doing a great job of articulating what you are feeling...keep posting if it helps....but please do talk to your doctor...this site does not have any members who are qualified to make a diagnosis...if you feel nervous about talking to your doctor....you can print this off and bring it in....
