Today I had a fun lovely time having an existential crisis at work after reading the taliban attack on a Pakistan school it was fun (Sarcasm intended) I felt like every minute at work was like an hour.

Has anyone else recently had an Existential Crisis recently?

I'm right there with you. I stopped listening to the news months ago because I just wanted to not exist after hearing news items like that. Not wanting to die, literally, just feeling that society, ecology, and economics are headed towards collapse and wishing I weren't here to watch it.

I think that's pretty normal when the rest of the world makes little to no sense. It's pretty hard to fathom killing a bunch of kids.

I have had an existential crisis several times a week for 40 years yet the world still turns and here I am - it becomes 'normal'.

I know how you feel. I had a similar reaction 2 years ago after the Sandy Hook school massacre. I couldn't stop crying and felt sick for days. I don't know what's wrong with the world. But it helps me to look for small positive things in everyday life.

I am the same way... not exactly, but I have a BIG link with the news where I will often put reality in question when I am watching a certain news station... Sometimes I feel like nothing positive is coming out of from it
