this wouldn't be a problem if I lived in a big city, but there aren't anymore mental health doctors in my area. I guess im just stuck.

Is it possible to drive to the next city over to find a practitioner? It may be more hassle but at least you would be less limited in your options.

You've gotten a couple of good ideas from the posters above, perhaps that will help you get through. I am sorry that don't have many options in your area. That is hard. I guess that is a time when it's best to think outside of the box. 1. Be open and talk to your pDoc about how you're feeling 2. Look for others doctors in the surrounding cities. 3. Perhaps your GP should handle the medicine/s, for now, while you search for another doctor in a different area. See a T in the meantime, to talk about your issue(s) and get more ideas to help.
