I'm trying to find a book that someone once leant me. It's effectively on schema therapys, but that's the book doesn't (generally) use the word schema. I think it refers to stuck something; or locked something.

The bulk of the book gives examples of the author's experience with patients experiencing maladaptive schemas.

Anyone have any idea what book I'm talking about?
