All I have been thinking about for the past couple of weeks is talking to someone. I just want to open up to someone. I want someone to see my pain.
To help me, to guide me.
I just want that sense that someone out there cares.
But I've always been so conserved. I don't open up to anyone. And I can't for that matter. I've never even tried, it just makes me feel like moosh.
But I Donno. I just want someone to talk to. When the times gets messy, like they are a bit now. And have been oh so many times.

I want someone to see me. To notice that hey maybe I'm not as ok as I say I am or appear to be. Someone who will push me to talk. About everything. Past and present.
Argh. I'm just so frustrated.

(((20oney)))

I see you. I hear you. For what it is worth.....you matter. I find that the only way someone will see me is to open up and speak my mind no matter what it is. They can't hear what you don't say. If you are quiet...they can't hear you. Please open up and say what you feel. Someone is going to hear you. This is the only way you will be validated. Blessings.

Do you feel better about expressing yourself through writing? If so, then you could write down your feelings and share with a counselor or friend.

Or even share here. There are people here that will be glad to listen. I will be glad to listen. You can always PM me or someone else that you have made friends with on PC.

I agree with gaylegg and sideblinded.

If you're more comfortable sharing in writing then go ahead! We are all here as a support system. We can listen to you without having to be there with you. I never really feel comfortable taking to people face to face, but the anonymity this site has is fantastic! No-one knows me, I can say whatever I need to say and everyone here is here as a support system!

I hope you find what you need here. I have and it's made such a difference in my life already.
