Is there a difference? And what do you think is better for OCD? Would it be useful to begin with a school counselor (if I find one)?
Thanks to anyone who can answer to at least one question.

As far as I know, a psychologist has a PhD. More schooling, basically. I could be completely wrong though! Lol

I started with school counselor's when I was younger, and they were fine. :-)

Most therapists have psychology degrees that are Master's level or higher (PhD). Some of the crisis center therapists or psychology study assistants are examples of people that may only have a bachelor's degree.

So long story short, therapist/psychologist are usually synomimous ... cinamino ... sally-forth ... uh, the same thing.
