Over the past two weeks I have let a lot of negative thoughts creep into my mind and has resulted in the feeling of being lost. I'm working on my visualization again and trying to get back on track. Any suggestions, tips, tricks etc on how to remain in line with LOA. It's funny that I'm writing this because in the past when I have been centered I've read these types of posts and wondered how that person managed to get so off-centered. Well, now here I am.

HI Dominic.

I too am feeling of centre. It feels like I should know better but somehow its all become like a foreign language to me. Everything I thought I knew is now confusing. I feel like a 2yr old looking up to a worktop where the gorgous cakes sit. I know their obtainable because i've seen the "big" people reach them, but right now I can't work out how too. Aha maybe if I just pull that chair over I might be able to reach? The problem for me though is what can I use to represent that chair? HHHHmmm maybe pen and paper and write down just how I want to reach that cake?

Yes thats it!

Hello Dominic.
The firsr step in getting hte help you need is to admit you have a problem. Seeking the help of a professional is an important step to get the help you need at this time, so you can engage in practices and decisions that are constructive in your life. Take care Soidhonia

Dominic,

Welcome!

Do you suffer from any PTSD?

With PTSD it is easy to get triggered, and then the next thing you know you're dealing with past memories you already thought you'd worked through.

It can happen to the best of us.

Welcome!

EJ
