I just realized the strangest thing - if someone says bad things about me, i instantly assume that they are right and start to feel very sad about it.
Today i have read a very cruel comment about me and there was a little truth about it. Guy wrote that no wonder im such a failure with girls and i deserved being cheated on by my ex-gf, because im "annoying negative whiny little *****".
He doesnt know me personally and cant make so cruel verdicts, but still i feel like he's right, because i am really whiny and negative. Though i struggle to change myself, at the moment i am who i am.
How to be more resistant to people opinions?

that wasn't nice, but then again there are alot of mean people out there. don't let them get you down, these people see a smiling face and will do anything to wipe it off your face. they definately are disturbed themselves and want anyone to be down with them. i know it sounds like a hard thing to do, but you really should just know that they are the one with the problem, not you.
Thanks for this!

Here's a little reply for the thick I composed:
"As much as I'd like to accommodate you, I'm afraid
I've got into such a habit now of judging my own
behavior,I couldn't possibly burden you with that
task." It really leaves them nowhere to go,hope it
is of use to you.
