Why do I feel so damned guilty about that?

I believe it is referred to as: "buyer's remorse". Any time one makes a major purchase, there's a tendency to go through a period when you think to yourself: "OMG, what did I just do?" A car can be a big expense: gas, repairs, insurance, etc. So I think it would be natural to experience a bit of this buyer's remorse. This too shall pass...

Can you afford the car? Did you need the car? Are you denying someone else something because of this purchase? If the first two answers are yes and the third no then you should just celebrate the purchase and enjoy your new car.

Not exactly buyer's remorse in my definition but 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. I guess remorse is remorse is...

Thanks but you know its really not that simple. Apparently I can afford it but I'm not exactly in a financial comfort zone. It wasn't an expensive car. Did I really need it? No, it's strictly for fun. Technically I'm not denying anyone else anything but I spend more money feeding cats than I do feeding myself if that helps.
