The weird thing is i dont really think its medication totally, because when i wasnt on med i still felt this way a lot i believe. Another reason could be depression but im not sold thats the only reason. Its very frustrating because i just want to feel normal. Being introverted/worrier also comes to mind for some reason.

Have you had a recent physical with blood work ? Thyroid can often cause symptoms like this, and also anemia.

I hope you are feeling better soon

Christina is right about checking out possible physical reasons. But I know for me it's a symptom of my depression. So be sure to let your psychiatrist know about it.

Feeling like a zombie sounds like depression to me. Sure, it's a good idea to get blood work done, but especially in the absence of other symptoms, my experience with 'feeling like a zombie' is either depression or med side effects.
Thanks for this!
