Thank you for sharing this one is my favorite one.
Stigma of Mental Illness

The stigma has to end, and it all begins with us feeling like we can talk about our difficulties, which takes time to be comfortable... honestly I'm not there yet with the rest of the world...

I leave one thing with you. "A person has the right to hear your story, if they are willing to hear it but you have to give them that right to hear, and they have to accept that right by not judging you." "Share your story with those that have the right to hear it!!"
Thanks for this!

Thank for this..The majority of people at times think we are negative. In reality they don't want to see the negatives in themselves.

At least we can admit it Stigma of Mental Illness

And that my friends makes US special.

That is a very powerful way to rethink the illnesses so many have. Just wish others would accept the differences among so many awesome people.

Thank you for sharing. They have powerful words to share.

The most frustrating thing is when mental health professionals stigmatize mental illness.

Thank you for bringing up this subject. I really wish stigma about mental illness would be eradicated in my lifetime but I am thinking not. But what a great wish.
Thanks for this!

Thank you for sharing. I needed these quotes. I hate being made to feel ashamed of my illness.
