Can somebody pls explain to me what exactly does "un dependance affective" mean in english medical terms?

I'm sorry I don't know what the medical term is but here is a breakdown of the words.

Un = No

Dependence = Lack of independence or self-sufficiency

Affective = Characterized by emotion

Are you open to reading an article about affective dependence? It is not a Google translation but I did find it via Google.
