I have been seeing a therapist, and psychiatric medication specialist for a while now. I have tried 2 different antidepressants and while my anxiety has gotten better i still have issues with the following:
*lack of concentration
*inability to accomplish anything
*feeling like a failure as a mom, girlfriend, and employee
*also constantly tired even though i sleep 6-10 hours
Any ideas on what i should ask them about during my next appointment?

I would definitely bring up that you are still having those symptoms. Sometimes it takes time to get medications right.

I agree with secretgalaxy, it can take several med changes to get the right combination. And sometimes it just takes time for them to start to work. Keep talking to your doctor after all the only thing that they have to go on is what you tell them.

When you say "a while" is that 5-6 months or longer? If so, then maybe adding or trying other meds is the answer. Not all meds work, and some tend to "stop" working after a while...

Definitely make sure they HEAR you say this to them... make sure they give a decent answer with an offer of what to do next!~

Im sorry to hear that

Do you talk to your therapist about those feelings? I can imagine (unfortunately) that feeling like a failure all day is exhausting!
