I was able to deal with the mental problems successfully by moving to Indonesia. Here I was able to find a job just because I know a little bit of English language. I was also able to marry here.
This would probably be too difficult in North America or Europe.
I hope my experience will help other people too.

Wow! I'm impressed. I hear the food in Indonesia is rather 'unusual' but very tasty, is that true?

That's really interesting how you were better able to deal once you moved to a different country. I always wonder about moving to a country where I can feel really at home as an introvert. I found this article interesting: 11 Most Introverted Countries In The World ? LonerWolf

Yes, Indonesian food is very unusual and delicious, often spicy and fattening.
I eat mainly European food in Indonesia so I do not know much about Indonesian food.

Hah, Czech Republic is definitelly introverted. Many Americans ask us why don't we smile. Czechs always answers we smile when there is a reason and we are honestly baffled at the ability of Americans to talk WHILE smiling, exposing almost whole set of teeth. (when I was actually going to be exchange student in the USA on the application they required a photo with toothy smile and I had difficult time with it and felt like a damn horse).

Also, it's considered very rude to sit next to someone in train or bus when there is a free seat elsewhere.

And we are not huggy and all that. Gotta say I love Czechs with our facade of negativity (but being able to laugh of occupation. One Nazi called us human beasts). Honestly geopolitically this approach works. Also, before there was "trolling" there was "Schweiking", which is the same thing, only was done earlier.

So not sure where would I move. I'd miss the abrasivness of my nation and the Czech bread.

I cannot imagine myself in Asia, being self-conscious of being a "giraffe". As much as I love Asian food, I am very Central/Eastern European in my heart.

If you have enough money, you will get good medications, doctors and hospitals.
I try to avoid them.

For me, just moving 2100 miles away from where I had been across the US to a state & town where I didn't know anyone was the best thing I ever did. I found better psychologists & I found REAL friends that I never had when I was married or even before I was married.

Moving can definitely have it's benefits whether to a new country where you feel comfortable or across the nation to a completely NEW location.

I was always told that you take your problems with you & you can't leave YOU behind....but my problem wasn't me....it was who I was married to & by that time both my parents had died....so I had nothing tying me to where I had grown up & hated all my life anyway.
