When/why did the voice start a month ago? I don't know but I don't think you have anything wrong with you, just an over-critical self critic. I would go talk to a mental health counselor about it, get some ideas how to insult and laugh it out of existence. My therapist helped me with mine just by not believing in it. I was able to believe her instead of the voices.

I hear voices, but I feel like I'm leaning more to the schizophrenic diagnosis due to other symptoms as well. I see my doctor Tuesday, and I'm real nervous.

I heard voices can happen from stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and many other reasons besides schizophrenia. I would talk to a mental health professional if it is bothersome. I read that some people can live with their voices. I read where people who do not have a mental health diagnosis can hear voices.

You should talk to a mental health professional. They are the only people that will know for sure what's wrong. We can only give you our experience.

Try distracting yourself from the voices. Watching tv, being around people, going out places, just try to have fun to distract yourself.

Don't worry about it too much.

I don't exactly hear voices, but I certainly have some irritating and persistent thoughts that are critical in this way sometimes. It's probably linked to bipolar in my case, but it's nothing I can't live with. If you're actually hearing these voices though, like audibly, you need to go get help. I'm sure it's nothing you can't overcome, but you probably need some meds at least. And, ask yourself, what changed within the last month? And how old are you? Bc sometimes Schizophrenia and other such problems can manifest during times of stress or certain periods in life, such as the onset of puberty and whatnot. It doesn't mean you're a bad person if you have it, you just need some extra help. There's no shame in that.

Definitely doesn't hurt to talk to your doctor about this.
When I have hallucinations it's usually when I am going through a lot of stress

Good luck
