sitting on the computer today, our phone rang but i reached for it and it stopped, i tryed to do a 1471 to see who rang, but all i had was static we left it for a bit but then decided to phone our phone line provider BT, this is the same place we get our internet line from, i had to do a automated call which said i might possibly have a fault, so to stay on the line and be put through to an adviser, they were busy so they asked for a number to phone me back on, they returned the call quite quickly, they are now saying they cant find the fault so could i plug the phone into the test socket i did as i was asked still no joy i am now waiting for the return call again and then they will book me an engineer to come out , earlist they can come is sat morning, i have now noticed my internet is also disconecting so i am copying my posts just in case i loose them
