I, like everyone else in the world, have the potential to change, feel better and to move forward. I guess it comes down to how much you want it.
How much do you agree with the above???

Take care,
Fuzzy

I agree that it is how much you want to change, but also it's about if you accept it. Then there's the matter of taking the full responsibility for it and actually making the change.

Fantastic question!! Getting better???

I agree wholeheartedly with your statement, Fuzzy. It's the wanting to that gets us. We may want to bad enough, but the Fear of change can throw some mighty big obstacles in the way. That's where Courage comes in. Most of us have it but again, Fear faces us while we're looking for our Courage. We've really got to "want to" to face down our fears.

I agree completely with this. Everyone has the potential to change for the better, improve their life, and go on to bigger and better things. But I think this is dependant on having your head in a good place to begin with. Having a positive outlook makes many achievements easier.

But if you're in the throes of depression, I think it becomes a whole different ballgame. When we're down like that, thinking about changing and being a better person, at least for me, isn't high on my list of priorities. It takes all my energies just to get from one day to the next.

Very good question as usual Bear! When I get my first vacation from my new job, can I come visit you? Getting better???

Love ya,
Greg

Absolutely! To start out with, when you are in a bad state of mind, you are unable to see the choices and opportunities that might be right in front of your nose. "But I have no choice" is the mantra for people who need to first just concentrate on getting themselves to a better place.

Choice is the first step in planning and accepting and accomplishing change. And recognizing "choice" has to be the precursor to that.
