Looking back I can see now that I must have been delusional from an early age. For a long time I used to think I was special in some way as if my life was more important than anyone else's. Lately I keep thinking 'something' is going to happen and my train wreck life will somehow turn around. Can anyone relate to this?

I can relate. Living with the fear sucks.
