Does anyone have this or know what this is? Im assuming stress/anxiety can cause this..

If you are on meds, some have a side affect of brain fog. Check with your pharmacist or pdoc for side affects and other meds that might be options.

If you try a diet of small meals or snacks every 3-4 hours including less carbos and more protein cutting out sugar and alcohol, then you might see some improvement of mental alertness.

Can be so many reasons. I'm trying to get better from low iron but nothing helps yet and I have no idea what I'm doing. I can't focus I can't think I can't remember I do really weird crap.

Just an example that so many things can cause issues with the brain.

Just some examples- Poor Concentration, i dont finish thoughts, anxiety which is one cause, Jump from one idea to another?? Im not diagnos. ADD either but wonder sometimes
