I got over the anxiety enough to go out and make a neat garden area and played in the dirt.
I got to hang out with one of my favorite kids in the neighborhood.
I helped my friend mow her lawn.
Thanks for this!

I played around with some make up that my mom got me and it doesn't look half bad. I still don't feel the need or desire to wear it on a regular basis but once in a blue moon might be nice.

Went out and walked a bit, got myself a new raincoat that was needed, got my son a new sweater, and this likely isn't self care but cut my own hair yesterday. I decided it actually looks okay
Thanks for this!

It's been an especially hard day because one of my precious cats died early this morning. He had lived a long cat life and was deeply loved and adored by me and my family. He was a real character, a great, big orange tabby, a sweet and gentle comedian. It's so hard, like the sparkle is gone from my home.

I've cared for myself the best way I know how...just a quiet day inside.
