My brain doesn't seem to be able to cope with 4 classes plus practicum. Everything is chaos inside my head. I don't understand my assignments and the procedures for all the activity plans I have to do. It's not clearly spelled out in the syllabus. I'm at the point where I want to do something drastic, because I am so stressed out about school and finances and a shoulder injury that is not healing and I feel like my life is spiralling out of control very fast.

Hello, i'm sorry to hear about how you are feeling. In regards to assignments, could you not ask the teacher or who ever set the assignments, for clarity and understanding over the bits you don't understand clearly?
