I get straight to the point.
I'm male of 40, and always had anxiety and easy stressed.
I was doing something on my pc back round April. When all of a sudden my mind just shut down, I didn't even know what I was doing as my mind felt empty and just dead. It didn't want to work.
This lasted about 1 hour or so.
This would happen on and off. And I be driving my car, when my mind was having a hard time even thinking about now it's time to brake to stop,, we do a left turn here etc. I have to think very do to concentrate on anything.
I still have this problem, but most days a become very forgetful, forget what I was doing, get confused, get kind of spaced out, my mind at times in unable to work to do just normal things. It's like I'm in a nightmare and very scary, like do I have something bad wrong in my brain.
Doc did blood group, but all he said was vitamin D is low. I've been on a protocol for over 2 months now, but still no change. I stop it at times wondering if them vitamins d etc make me feel worse.
I just started seeing a naturopath, so will see how that goes. Just wish I had someone say that this is the problem etc.
Feel I'm at a brick wall, with no life. Girl friend don't understand, so that's not looking healthy, which I can understand.
Anyone every had this strange feeling. or know what it could be.
My mind feels like it dried up of something.

Thanks.

I hope all goes well with the naturopath. I have had some strange brain things before, like forgetting what i was going to say, forgetting what I went into the room for, etc. But really I think those are normal things to me anyway, and I'm not concerned about it. What is a protocol? I'm not a doctor so I really can't say what it is but if you'd like some random advice from a random lady (me!), I would try exercise, and just relaxing, and eating healthy. Reading is also good for brain issues I'm told. Could be anxiety? Take care.

I had anxiety for years, but never this horrible feeling in the mind.
The naturopath started me of with a breathing exercise first.
Now I'm doing 3 day journal of what I eat drink etc.
Then she will she what vitamins etc I'm not getting. Yes I need to exercise really, but not easy when your mind feel numb and don't get the information of what your eyes see fast enough into the brain.
A diagnosis would help really.
Protocol is something you follow by taking supplements for vitamin D, could be b12, a Leakey gut protocol, etc.

Just wished I knew if it's some kind of breakdown.
The doctors I have seen just see my vitamin D is low, and say its that.
Hence I'm now desperate and trying naturopath.
Fingers crossed. X
