well I am thinking of her a lot, and i'll be sending her way all of the positive spiritual energy i can muster. I'm currently working to reconnect with my spiritual feelings and beliefs, so they are in the uppermost levels of my mind currently, so if not the most powerful they have been over the period of my life, certainly the most prepared to share (and according to my philosophy that should also make them pretty powerful).

I hope I am making some sense adn that this can be of some help. All my best thoughts and wishes to you heather. We are here and we care. If i am not physically close by to provide physical support and assistance, i hope my, all of our, emotional caring and support can help as that kind of support can be just as important in our lives.

Now let us help you. we all need a shoulder to cry on, a hand to help us up when we're down, and the support of our friends. I've lost count at the times you've been there for me. You are truly one of a kind!

Thank you all so much for your positive energy and prayers. I am so lucky to have you all in my life.

I did attend Timmy's mother's day tea today...it did help some. I wasn't going to attend but thought I should for him. I am now heading back out to the funeral home for the wake of my cousin Hal this evening. I spent last evening with his Mom and it did feel good to be able to be there for her as much as she has been there for me these past few years.

I keep thinking how much I am being tested this past while....and the thing that does come into my thoughts is how much I am thankful for what I do have. I am so thankful for all of you in my life....I am truly blessed.

Tomi hun...you mentioned that this is another mountain to climb....that has been staying with me today - thank you.

Sweetheart, I hope you don't mind, but I feel I need to mention the other two wakes and three funerals you have to get through.

Heather has lost two cousins and one aunt all in the space of 24 hours. She really needs our prayers and our support. She's having a really tough time getting through this.
