Heather has been unable to access the forums and not even www.grohol.com since the server change. She was able to get on the temp forum, but once the site opened up on the new server, nothing.

Any suggestions?

Yes, the site has been running since Friday, it's just a matter of whether you can see it or not!

If you are still having troubles accessing the site after today, try this:

1. If you leave your computer on all the time, turn it off for a few minutes and reboot it. This will clear your local DNS cache in many cases (the thing that's causing you not to access the new server).

2. If this still doesn't help, contact your Internet Service Provider's support email address and ask them for assistance. Ask them how often their "DNS servers" are updated, as that is the thing we changed (our DNS entry). The problem is on their end at this point and there's not a whole lot more we can do. If you don't get any satisfaction from them, let me know.
