I have completely lost my appetite for the last few months due to extreme anxiety. I haven't lost a lot of weight, because I've been forcing myself to eat, but it's getting harder and harder to eat, and in the last 2 weeks the weight loss has become visible to me. My clothes feel more loose on me and I'm having to constantly be pulling up my pants. Normally I struggle with overeating and binge eating, so this is very strange to have the opposite happen. I don't know if I should see my doctor or not. He probable won't be concerned because I am still obese and I need to lose weight anyway.

Hello again, AuroraBorealis75: Having just read your previous post, & now this one, my thinking would be that, yes, a trip back to see your doctor may be in order. It's one thing to lose weight, it's something else to not be able to eat & thus become nutritionally deficient. Since you say you're obese, the weight loss you're experiencing may be a good thing. But it's important to maintain good nutrition while you're doing it. Also, if it's getting harder & harder to eat, that may be a red flag too. Perhaps this is just a side effect of the new antidepressant you're on. If so, it may pass. However, checking back with your doctor may be worthwhile. Best wishes...
