I don't listen to any of the news about Paris HIlton. It's all dysfunctional hype. I do admit I was a bit obsessed at the news and chaos of Anna Nicole's death

paris hilton makes me laugh, ever since that video was "leaked" on the internet.
but this is something else.......... if she has ADD then my heart goes out for her but i think this is just another way of trying to get out of jail........ ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

This isn't really about Paris Hilton. It's about the comments that people are saying about ADD.
Paris Hilton is a train wreck. Don't wanna look...hard not to. But now, ADD will get a lot of bad press and let's not forget the late night jokes. (This is not in response to anyone, just clicked quick reply)

I haven't read the link, but wanted to chime in about the bad press and ADD. My bf has ADD and also works in the mental health field and he thinks its all a ploy for to stay hopped up during her "jail stay". In the medical wing she's getting gawd only knows what medication....and since she can't drink in the slammer, this was a good manipulative technique to get pills....and now ADD gets the bad rep.
Outrage over this whole thing is the only word I know to describe how it makes me feel. I'm incredulous every time I see it on the news. Put her in treatment like Lindsay and Brittney after she's "done her time". Anyone else who broke probation for DUI's might face getting court ordered to treatment or AA meetings. She gets the luxery stay in the medical wing with her benzo's. WoW. Ok end rant now.

i understand what you mean petunia i fought all my sons and daughters life to make sure that they had help for add/adhd i was realy worried that if they never got the help they needed they would end up in trouble as they grew up, and now this like you are saying is giving a lot of bad press to people who have add/adhd
