Well this is my first bloggish here.
I had a bad time yesterday and actually struggled not to do certain habits which I craved to do and it worries me cause I've been pretty good not doing them but have now done so twice in the last 2 months. Had a really bad day at work and lost it due to a 'bad' attitude of a supervisor (not my usual one) and also lost my apetite in food. My husband made sure I ate something tonight cause he found out I hadn't eaten a thing since Monday night. Then I didn't sleep a wink at all last night and every single noise outside get me real paranoid and making me jump up wide awake. Today I ran the Mental Health dept up to find out what is happening AGAIN!! I'm still on the waiting list and so this time I told them that I was 'experiencing' some difficulties. They rang me back to say the Guy who has me on his list is on holiday this week and will ring me next week. This is the first time I will see a therapist/psycologist and I'm absolutly TISHING it sort to speak. (1 because he is male, 2 because I don't know what to say and end up with the dreaded silence cause I can't get my mouth to work or my brain in gear when full of nerves and 3 his reactions ect)
