Well, for starters no anxiety medication in about 6 months - yes my doing but that was for a reason (and just the extreme tip of things anyway) - basically due to transportation issues, I was unable to pick that up for a few weeks after I ran out - but then noticed without it - yes the anxiety comes back hard - but I was not walking around anywhere near as angry all the time.. Mentioned that - the doc did not want to change it anyway - so I just said forget it then. (And because of med issues I have been through before, I am keenly aware of everything anything dose now - at least new stuff - and WILL throw anything out that dose anything other than what the point is - and without feeling like I have someone looking over my shoulder all the time [that is why I WILL NOT accept pain management despite it hurts tremendously and everyone is basically bagging me - it's an ABSOLUTE NO! - unless someone is willing to do it without making me feel like I am being watched any closer than if I do not accept it and that's all there is to it])

Main thing that I am ABSOLUTELY STEAMED about sort of starts about 1 and a half years back when some sleep medication was stolen right out of the pharmacy on me. BUT actually I am more angry about how that is proceeding than the fact itself - in fact had I even guessed this, I would of just sucked it up - said forget it, whomever has it, go have a blast and I will forget all about it - no report at all!
But anyway - yah now it's known who it was, and went to court Wednesday - well kind of - he never showed up! - But that's not even my problem.....My problem is, I get asked to show up - to help the state as there witness - and I get searched going in - because of that (Yes all it takes is a mettle detector to get me - I just want no search at all anywhere, fore any reason baring a warrant that states a specific individual, and a specific item - to say gun is too general - I want to see something like "Smith and Wesson automatic pistol model 8463 - and if you find it, but it's model 8462 you leave it because then it is NOT the item specified - and immediately wanted to sabotage the states case because of that as far as I am concerned - invalid and illegal (at least un-constitutional) search.
I do know since he didn't show up, there is now I bench warren for him - believe it or not I hope they DO NOT get him, and if they do - DO NOT enlist me as a states witness - because I WILL make sure the state looses - all because they have to search when there is no reason to suspect anything, and you have no warrant - I do no want anything to do with anything like that - that is THE reason I WILL NOT fly too - and I agree planes are safer than cars (my dad was a pilot) but I do not wish to put up with any type of a search unless you you state specifically what it is you are looking for - and why you think I have it - and that is all there is to it!

I'm starting to learn about cognitive behavior therapy. Have you considered trying CBT?

We can't always control what happens, but we can control how we think about what happens, and that changes how we feel about what happens. Again, I am just starting to read the book I have.

Actually - I have never even heard that term before. Can't hurt to at least look in to it....Either way I know regardless of how popular it is to think that way about a search of any kind - I WANT to leave that alone - because no matter how much I think about it, and even look at what has happened - I still say if you want to search at all - I want you to state an individual, a precise item, and why you think they have it. And while not required even in my book - it would help to explain just what you think they intend to do with said item that's all that big of a problem.. i.e. - If you have an unregistered fire-arm, that simply sets in a closet I don't view that as a problem - however if the reason it's not registered is because they intend to rob a bank with it - that is a problem....And realistically - despite whos laws they are - the bulk of at least criminal law comes to to mostly intent. e.i. Possession of a controlled substance without a doctors note where the intent is believed to be personal use is not anywhere near as big an offense as possession of the same substance where it is believed that you intended to sell it.
Anyway - going off again, sorry.....
But I will at least try to look in to that - thank you.....

I'm sure you are under a great deal of stress. Unfortunately I am having a hard time understanding your text. Please use punctuation, otherwise it looks like one huge run on sentence.

Hyphens - are- cool - but- it's- tough- to - follow. Same......thing....with.....periods....

Believe me I understand your frustration and if you are singled out to be searched especially...although I suppose as with most courts you had to go through the metal detector like everyone else before you entered the courtroom or maybe even the building. Irritating yes....borderline violation of your constitutional rights...arguable...just a protective measure mostly for the judge who is likely an *** and has given lots of people reason to want to shoot his sorry ***....and thus we ALL must endure the BS for it every where we got....same way at airport ....thank the terrorist for that nonesense...

We had several cases a while back where disgruntled exes brought a firearm to court and shot the victim. Searches at courthouses are for everyone's safety. I set the metal detectors off because of the braces i have to wear for my feet, so i get the special wand all the time.
