Hi All,
I have been thinking about downloading some photos so you might get to know me better. Does anyone have any concerns about their personal photos being misused? In other words, should I have any security concerns about publishing photos of myself, kids, dogs, etc? Thanks, Okie

IMO it's okay - my profile wouldn't allow anyone to figure out exactly who I am anyway - I guess if you're putting a photo of yourself someone could stumble on it and figure it out. If you're worried about specific people knowing your issues than I wouldn't - otherwise I would put them up.

I am very open and safe about sharing personal photos. But, it is something you have to decide for yourself. I think the public can see them…? You can also put them in posts…but I guess everybody can see those too.

I pulled my photos when I realized that the gallery is open to the public. Not sure about that for me yet, or ever.

Thanks, you all helped me make up my mind. I won't be posting pictures. Don't want them available to the public and certainly don't want them emailed anywhere else.

I think you have to be a member of PC to view photos in the photo gallery. I once posted a link to one of my pics here and people couldn't see it.

You do have to be signed in to view the photos. I just went checked it out to be absolutely sure.
