For about 2 years I've delt with serious sleeping problems, I wake up every morning with barely any energy, and to top it off, my BODY ACHES. My hands are extremely sore, which leads to my carpotunnel background, but my neck, ankles, toes, back ,etc also hurts. I'm 17 and feel like an ageing man. I'm so fit up with my life not even my body feels good........

You need to talk to a doctor about this. I'm sure there are several avenues that can be followed. None of us here can make a diagnosis or prescribe any meds.

Hi Moonkin -

Yes, do go to a doctor - it could be many different things. There are alot of sleep disorders that could make you wake up unrefreshed, and we you are sleep deprived it can cause increase in body pain.

Hi Moonkin

Im sorry to hear of your troubles.

It could be your mattress that could be part of the problem. If a matress is too hard, or too soft, it can leave us aching in the day afterwards. Having no energy also contributes to the body aching, as it has no energy.

Definately, as the others have said, go to the doctors, they will know what to do, what actions to take, and what meds to prescribe (if any).

Definately consider changing your matress...it affects different people in different ways, what affects you may be fine for someone else.

I hope things pick up soon, keep us updated on how it goes.

I agree with talking to a doc and figuring out your mattress...

Yes, I definitely agree with everyone else. You really
need to see a dr.to do some tests. I have osteopororis,
thinning of the bones. My back and spine always hurted.
I ended up buying a sleep comfort bed, which is the best
investment i made. You can adjust the mattress to be
at any level of softness or hardness you want. I hope
you feel better soon.
