I orginally posted this on the ADD forum but thought I'd try it here.
I looked at the book review section but didn't find any books for Adult ADD. I was just diagnosed and was given a list of books by my therapist but obviously don't have time to read them all. Has anyone read an Adult ADD book they really liked or thought was really helpful? Or did you find a book that you thought was terrible? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks! Ann |
