i just cant make myself just GO TO BED. i dont know why. it's so annoying. im absolutely exhausted, i know im going to get a headache, im extremely low on sleep [6.5 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours], and here it is, 1:43 am and i cant make the move to go to bed. i am not overly entertained by the computer or anything, it's not like i couldnt go to sleep if i tried, i just cant make the effort. gggggguggugughghi;jerldhk

Well SongsInMy Head, I can relate to your situation. It is now almost 9 AM and I never made it to bed--not even one minute of sleep. And now, I am at work until 6 PM. I just stayed up all night painting. Maybe we will sleep better tonight.

I use to have this problem, when I was going thru the
"change". Then when I did sleep, I kept waking up. I found
out, I have restless leg syndrome. Now, I take a pill, and
sometimes I spray lavender on myself or my bedding.
You can get the lavender spray at the Bath & Body Shop.
I hope you stay awake while your driving. Sorry, you are
going through this.
Take care.

One of the things I have noticed is that I absolutely MUST turn off the computer in order to get to bed. So long as it is sitting on my lap, it is as if I am wired into the electrical curent, like a life support system. Once it is off, natural drowsiness overcomes me, and I toddle off to bed.
