Hi all -

I'll be gone starting tomorrow until Saturday night. My mom is in town and my sister and husband headed up to New Hampshire on Sunday. My niece was still in school Monday and Tuesday so I hung back and waited for her.

I won't have access to a computer while I'm gone - bummer! It's stressful because my mom stresses me out and my nephews and everyone else drinks and I'm an alcoholic.

So I've charged my IPOD and I downloaded a bunch of meditation and spiritual tapes on it, so that when I'm totally stressed I can go meditate and get my composure back - hopefully that will work!

Wish me luck and hopefully I won't need it ? I'll be gone a few days

Tranquility

I just had the whole family here from out of town last weekend (daughter's graduation), so I understand the difficulty of being around people who stress you out.

It sounds like you have some really good ideas for dealing with your stressors! Good luck, but I hope you don't need it. I'll be gone a few days

Tranquility you'll do fine. Just take your tools with you and your phone numbers. We can go anywhere "free" as long as we've got our tools. Get into gratitude when they get stupid-drunk! LOL!

I do not like being away and not have access to internet either, but I am glad that you prepared and found ways to destress just in case... I hope that you wont have too much stresses and get to have some laughs....
