In two days it will be the anniversary of my mama death. I miss her as much today as the day she left.
I don't think it ever goes away. Maybe it just gets easier to bear except at certain times of the year. She was only 68. I used to see people out with their mom and the mom was lots older than mine and I would hate those people and I did not even know them. Now I am just too numb to care. I feel dead except for physically. I HATE valentines day. that is the day we buried her. She had colon cancer and we cared for her at home. very very hard thing to do. she died at home which was easier for the family and what she wanted |

hon try to focus on the good times you had with her. I know how hard the anniversaries are and that really helped me to get thru them. (((hugs)))

((((Shirley1221)))) I can understand. I have no words that would take away your pain, but please know that I am here if you need. My mom was only 55, so I get feeling like they were too young.

I am sorry for the great loss in your life. It should get easier for you to cope with this loss. But you know it would be best to focus on all the good. Some of us have never been fortunate to have a wonderful mom. That is something for you to focus on too!
