Its amazing this game we play with ourselves. The "what if"...this is a struggle and yes its a BIG one to overcome. its so hard to win this game...i know it because i have been there....

a GOOD method i learned that might help some of you is asking yourself...."okay what if that did happen"? "okay what if i did fall off this bridge or i had a breakdown"?
answer: then I would probably fall and swim to the edge
answer:then I would have people around me help me I would get embarresed or something and Maybe go the in-patient then I would go back home and start all over.....

once you learn this trick to trick your mind, you start to release a lot of stress. AND those "what if" questions start making SOOOO MUCH SENSE in your mind...and sometimes youll get to the point where you'll even laugh at the "what if" questions in your brain <3
