actually the last time i was at the ER i noticed there are a growing number of robots there. one of them was a kind of talking terminal of some sort? with two eye lenses and a screen on wheels. kind of like this
 i'm not sure if it was there to assist patients or doctors but it was cute and comforting anyway and then there's

i hope AIs don't take over.. and i hope no health facilities will use robots instead of humans.. robots that can think on their own and have human features, scare the crap out of me.
robots alone are okay-ish. though i guess we could shoot a robot in space but i would never want to have a robotic friend..
